The Dive Shop has been in business for more than 40 years. We provide the highest quality of diving instruction with fun and safety in mind. We offer the very BEST training facility in the Kansas City area to teach all levels of diving.

When you sign up for a class at The Dive Shop, you take your first step on the wake of fun and adventure in our underwater world. It will prove to be an experience unlike any other!

Your fun will begin at The Dive Shop in the convenience of our classroom and the comfort of our heated pool. Our instructors will lead you through the necessary skills to complete your training. Our goal is for you to have fun while learning safe diving techniques.

The Dive Shop carries a full line of dive equipment. With names like Scuba Pro and Oceanic we know our equipment will provide you with an exhilarating and safe dive. We consider our task at The Dive Shop to be to outfit you with equipment that will meet your diving needs and budget.

We also carry an impressive selection of lights, knives, masks, snorkels, fins, clips, water proof containers and various other pieces of gear. Come on in and browse or just chat with the staff about diving.

The pool is open almost every Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm for customers that received their open water certification thru The Dive Shop. The Dive Shop provides this so divers can brush up on their diving skills before going on a dive trip or just to "get wet".

There will be a small fee of $10.00 a person to those that took classes thought The Dive Shop. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing the Dive Shop for your training. A diver may bring friends that have been certified by other shops, they will be charged $30.00 per person.

If you cannot find time on Sunday's, please call the shop to make other arrangements.
